If you meet the requirements and would like to affiliate with me, send an e-mail to polywannacracka@gmail.com or kakuchi@kakuchi.net with the following info:
-Affiliate, Affiliation, etc. in the subject line. A lot of these get lost in spam so seeing affiliate makes it easier to spot.
-Name of your site
-What type of site
-Link to site

When accepted I'll place your button (or link if you don't have a button) on every page of my site. If you can't do that for me then all I ask is that you link to my site in some way (on a affiliates page/links page).
