Delphine is the leader of the Guild and the older sister of Dio. She is as crazy and wacked out as Dio.

Throughout the series she is the person trying to capture Exile before Alex can. She raids the Silvana and captures Alvis, Claus, Alex, and Dio-taking them back to the Guild.

She changes Dio and makes him take part in the Right of the Covenant and forces Claus and Alvis to dine with her.

When her forces arrive at Exile, she forces Alex to say the mysteria through a truth serum but is prevented from gaining control because Alex doesn't know all of the mysteria.

During the final battle she gets up in Alex's face to taunt him (he was restrained by roses) and Alex manages to get lose and choke her to death.

Delphine loves her brother Dio in a very weird way...suggesting almost that perhaps they practiced incest with the way she likes to fondle him.

She possesses golden rings that have the ability to turn people into golden shards or ashes. She uses two of them on John Carlo and Lucciola. They seem to turn you into ash if you're a bad person and pretty shards if you're a good person.
