Masaru and Ikuto have noticed that the water surrounding ElDoradimon is gone. When asked if they should go back, Masaru tells the group no because he left Touma there to protect the city.

It is now morning and Ivan is preparing his Gizmon for an attack on the city. The Digimon grow nervous about the attack because they’re outnumbered, but Yushima gives them hope. Ivan and his Gizmon charge the city and the battle begins. Yushima evolves Kamemon into Gawappamon to help with the defense. Yoshino and Raramon are fighting the Gizmon and Yoshino falls out of a window but is saved by Raramon. They notice one of the walls has been breached and discover Ivan who calls her his honey. Ivan tells her he loves her and believes Yoshino has been longing for him. Ivan and Raramon make a deal that if Ivan wins, he gets a date with Yoshino and if Raramon wins then Ivan must stay away from her forever. Yoshino evolves Raramon into Rosemon. Ivan surprises Yoshino and Rosemon by evolving to his mega level, BioSpinomon. The two Digimon begin fighting and their powers are equal. BioSpinomon tells Yoshino and Rosemon that his powers are greater than his previous form…and that his love for Yoshino is infinite. Rosemon and BioSpinomon continue fighting but for uh…Yoshino’s love (does that make Rosemon a lesbian?).

Touma is carrying Nanami through the forest when Gaomon questions what he plans on doing-helping Masaru or protecting the city. He has a flashback of Nanami’s words about him using Masaru’s power and then decides to go protect the city.

Rosemon and BioSpinomon continue fighting. A Yasyamon attacks BioSpinomon but is destroyed. Yoshino scolds him and calls him terrible. Ivan says he is just doing what he was paid to do.

Kurata is informed that only five minutes remain until his operation is complete.

Yoshino and BioSpinomon/Ivan argue about what Ivan is doing. Rosemon attacks once more, now with more conviction. BioSpinomon picks himself back up and says he will give everything to Kurata, his heart and soul because he has a reason for working for Kurata. He attacks Rosemon but she picks herself back up. The two Digimon attack at the same time and Rosemon’s attack overpowers BioSpinomon’s attack. Ivan is now back to his human form and a digitama is laying to the side.

Masaru and Ikuto have arrived at Kurata’s camp and Falcomon attacks Kurata. Kouki protects Kurata and then rushes Masaru. He knocks Masaru to the ground with his new power.

Yoshino and Rosemon approach Ivan and notice a picture lying next to him. He sees Ivan with a bunch of little kids. Ivan explains those are his siblings. Yoshino realizes his brothers and sisters were the reason he took up Kurata’s job. Yoshino scolds him and then Ivan passes out crying.

Yushima notices the Gizmon stopping their attack. Touma has arrived and discovers a space-time oscillation bomb has been planted near ElDoradimon.

Ikuto evolves Falcomon into Yatagaramon and tries to attack Kurata but Kouki intervenes.

The space-time oscillation bomb explodes and a digital gate opens below ElDoradimon, sucking him down into the human world. Kurata takes his leave.

Kouki tries to attack Masaru but Yatagaramon picks up Ikuto, Masaru, and Agumon and races towards the digital gate before it closes. They’re pursued by Gizmon and the digital gate is becoming unstable and closing. Yatagaramon and co. manage to make it into the gate before it closes.
