This is the main base of the Guild and is located high up in the clouds (possibly in the Grand Stream from the looks of it) It surrounded by Guild Warships and has every luxury available Delphine could want. When Delphine is giving Claus and Alvis the tour, we see a giant room full of claudia units, a rose garden, a giant dining room with first water being served, among many other luxuries. In one episode the bottom cone breaks off and drops towards Norkia, wiping out much of the city. |
