Alex appears on bridge and receives a report on what happened to the Silvana. Sophia broadcasts a message that everyone is now ok.
Alvis has now returned to normal and asks everyone around her why the room is so messy. (It’s because the ship started acting funny when she responded to Dio’s poem.)
Alex orders his crew to set a course for the Dragon’s Fang so the Silvana can intercept the Urbanus. Sophia gets on the intercom and orders the crew to get ready for battle.
On the Urbanus Vincent is reminded of his orders to take the Silvana alive but Vincent reminds his subordinate he can’t win unless he’s willing to sink it.
In the hangar Tatiana presents a plan to the other vanship pilots on how they will be battling against the Urbanus. To get revenge on Alistair, Tatiana tells Claus that he is going to be her navigator. Dio questions her and says he’s disappointed because he won’t get to fly with Claus.
Sophia questions Alex about fighting the Urbanus because it will mean rebelling against the emperor. Alex tells her she can leave if she wishes but Sophia says she is his vice-captain.
On the bridge three Urbanus-class vessels are sighted. Alex sends out orders in which Sophia questions because the ammo he tells them to use won’t penetrate the Urbanus-class ship’s armor.
The Silvana opens fire with ammo that explodes above the Urbanus’, and then rains down on them. They get trapped in smoke and the Silvana then comes up below them and opens fire.
In the hangar Mullin asks Godwin what they’re doing and Godwin says they’re luring Vincent into the Dragon’s Fangs.
Sophia gives the order for the vanships to launch as the Silvana is now entering the Dragon’s Fangs.
Before Claus heads out with Tatiana, Lavie and Alvis give Claus some departing gifts. On their way out Tatiana asks Claus why he won’t leave the Silvana and tells him the Silvana isn’t a playground. Claus says he’s there to protect Alvis and so that he can always be in the skies.
Five vanships lift off with cables attached so that they don’t get lost. (The Silvana is using vanships to navigate through a set of mountains)
Aboard the Urbanus Vincent orders his ships to blast shot the entrance to the Dragon’s Fangs.
Sophia is shocked to see that the Urbanus is not following them into the Dragon’s Fangs.
Tatiana and Claus discover two battleships ahead of the Silvana. They send out some flares to warn the Silvana.
The two ships start up their giant chainsaws and begin opening fire on the Silvana.
Tatiana orders the vanship squadron to detach their cables and drop some smoke for interference.
The two Urbanus-class ships run up alongside the Silvana with their chainsaws, penetrating the armor.
In the engine room Dio is excited with the battle. Luciola says he shouldn’t be so happy because if the Silvana goes down he will die. Dio replies, “it’s not my time to die.”
When one of the Urbanus-class ships goes by for another chainsaw, the Silvana begins to rise. The Silvana, with the ship latched on to its hull, forces the Urbanus latched on, to crash into another Urbanus sinking both of them leaving three Urbanus’s left. (There were three originally, but the two waiting for the Silvana in the Fangs weren’t part of the original trio)
Two of the Urbanus’s shoot cables onto the Silvana to prevent it from moving.
Tatiana/Claus fly in at Vincent’s ship and opens fire.
The Silvana goes to full power and starts to drag the two ships. The Silvana fires their special weapon, destroying both ships.
Tatiana and Claus take fire and their vanship is hit. They can’t recover so they start to crash. The last thing Claus sees before he goes into cloud cover is the Silvana being dragged down by the two ships that latched on with cables. Vincent’s Urbanus is the only ship left and leaves the area. |
