Dio and Claus are playing chess and Dio notices Claus is distracted.
In the hangar the mechanics discuss whether or not Sophia will betray them now that she is with Anatoray. They see Mullin walk in and ask him what’s wrong. He questions why he is there and that he became a sailor to move up in the world. Godwin tells him to clean and he says he is a musketeer and he can’t stoop to cleaning. Claus appears asking where Sophia is and the mechanics tell him she is a princess and left. He stomps away and runs into Alvis who asks where he was last night but he doesn’t say. (smooching with Sophia!)
Alex is sitting in his quarters with Sophia telling him she is returning to the capital (this is after she was with Claus) She leaves him saying Yuris is gone. (Yuris was Alex’s love)
Claus goes into Alex’s quarters and asks why he didn’t stop Sophia from leaving. Alex says he doesn’t fully understand the situation.

Sophia lands, now dressed as a princess. Marius awaits her and says to himself, “Yuris.” (Isn’t that the name of Alex’s love? Hmmm)
In the Emperor’s room, Sophia argues with a military commander about how she fought against four Urbanus-class ships earlier. Sophia tries to get her father not to fight against the Disith but he doesn’t agree with her. He orders her to be held in a tower like Marius.
Marius visits her that night and apologizes to her for getting her involved since she wasn’t able to stop her father from finishing off the Disith. We learn that Marius was a father figure to Sophia. Marius asks Sophia to become Empress and fix things.
In the hangar of the Silvana, Claus tells Lavie she needs to leave the ship because of the upcoming attack. Lavie says she needs to stay because they may have a good chance of crossing the grand stream in their father’s vanship. Claus tells her that it’s not their fathers, but Alex’s.

Vincent lands with Sophia on the Urbanus and requests permission to retake command. She authorizes it. Claus asks Lavie what they should do now that they know their ship was Alex’s. Lavie says it’s really theirs, and begins pointing out scratches and such and the stories behind them. She then tells Claus she doesn’t like who he has become. |
