The Guild’s fortress begins to separate and pieces drive towards the Silvana and Urbanus, causing them to have to take evasive maneuvers.

Claus, Alvis, and Dio take off from the hanger of the fortress and begin to make their way out.

At the courier outpost in Norkia, we can see debris falling from above the clouds-including a huge chunk of the guild fortress.

Claus, Dio, and Alvis fly alongside the debris and land in Norkia but are knocked out.

The shockwave of the cone of the fortress hitting the ground has taken out parts of Norkia and alliance warships.

Claus wakes up in a military hospital and asks the nurse where Dio is. She takes him to his room and allows him to briefly see Dio.

Alvis wanders around the hospital and meets Duke Mad-Thane’s daughter who gives Alvis some flowers and tells Alvis she is jealous of her because she gets to fly the skies.

Mad-Thane’s second in command gives the order for the fleets to enter the grand stream so that they can kill Maestro Delphine.

Claus and Alvis take off in a vanship, leaving Dio behind at the hospital and make their wave to Claus and Lavie’s old workshop which is heavily damaged from earlier on in the series.

While looking around, Alvis finds a operating menu (for the vanship) that Lavie wrote and shows it to Claus.

At the hospital, the nurse walks into Dio’s room with food and drink but he is now gone.

Aboard his flagship, Mad-Thane gives the order for his vanship squadrons to launch. The alliance fleet is then met by 3 guild warships.

Claus looks around for some food for him and Alvis to eat and eventually finds some, cooking the two a meal. Over dinner, Alvis’s necklace begins to glow (the one that Lucciola gave her. He said it would connect her to the Silvana at all times)

As the alliances vanships launch, more guild warships descend from the skies. The guild ships begin to open fire, immediately causing significant damage to much of the fleet. Mad-Thanes fleet then returns fire, but none of the guild ships are sunk.

The vanships charge into the Guild Fleet and are met by laser fire. (yes, the guild has lasers) Groups of vanships make their way into the core of the ships and drop bombs, causing them to explode. (Think of the scene in Star Wars IV where Luke fires a torpedo into the very small hole)

Every single ship of the Guild Fleet explodes as the vanships return to the battleships.

Delphine is informed of the losses and she orders the rest of her ships to group at Exile’s location.

At the entrance of the grand stream we see the alliance forces chasing guild warships into the grand stream.

It is now morning and Alvis’s necklace is buzzing. Claus picks it up and can hear Lavie at the other end. (The necklace links up to the Silvana’s Claudia unit which utilizes guild technology) Claus tells Lavie that they escaped the guild fortress and are now in Norkia. Godwin patches Claus through to Sophia. Claus tells Sophia that Alex is still being held hostage. Sophia tells Claus to head to the Dragon’s fangs when a large explosion outside of the Silvana cuts off communication.
